MKE Mobile Action provides quick access to City of Milwaukee information and services via your mobile device. The tool enables citizens to report issues and request services. The app uploads maps, citizen photos, and complaint information to City of Milwaukee servicing departments to be assigned, tracked, and resolved.

UPDATE 8/2026: Cumbersome app is very frustrating to use. Could be great with complete Accela overhaul and decent updating. Endless looping prevents log in even on verified accounts. Lost another two stars. Pinpoint selection of address of issue is frustratingly inaccurate. Digital way to request services & report issues. Pretty clunky interface though; seems to be a problem with most MKE digital access, especially with mobile devices.

This was a 5* app until it stopped working and nobody seems to care. How disappointing that this issue has been known for several weeks and nobody's making an attempt to fix it. Update - it worked better for awhile and now no longer let's pics upload. The worst part is not having any customer service contact to ask for help & get the issue fixed. Be better, please. People rely on this technology to fix serious issues in their communities.

the app had been working well the last 2 years, even though they will say they completed jobs when they haven't! Now it's not working at all. not showing me to add addresses from the map to report potholes. I think it's on purpose

This release brings the app up to date with the latest version of Android, so it stays compatible with current and upcoming devices.

What's new:
- Choosing a photo no longer asks for access to your whole photo library. You pick the photo, and only that photo is shared.
- General stability and performance improvements.
