ACCELERATE is a comprehensive training and development application built for sales organisations that follow a structured career-progression model. The platform digitises the entire ISA journey — from entry-level Distributor through Trainer, Corporate Trainer, Assistant Manager, and ultimately Owner — aligning with a four-stage handbook (COD 1–4).

Three user roles with distinct portals:

ISAs (Independent Sales Agents): Each ISA has a personal dashboard showing their training progress, current phase, and pending tasks. They work through courses broken into modules and lessons (text, video, PDF, presentations), take assessments with automatic grading, receive certificates upon passing, complete feedback surveys, read company notices targeted to their phase or office, track achievements, and manage their profile. A bottom-nav mobile layout keeps everything one tap away.

Owners: Owners run their offices. From their portal they can add and manage ISAs, assign training phases, build and edit training content (courses, modules, lessons), create assessments with a question bank (multiple choice, true/false, matching, scenarios), review assessment results, create and publish feedback surveys, post notices to targeted audiences, issue certificates, manage offices, and view analytics on their ISA performance.

Superadmin: The platform-wide administrator who oversees everything. The superadmin sees total user counts (owners + ISAs + offices), ISA status breakdowns (active, inactive, awaiting assignment), platform engagement metrics (assessment pass rates, feedback responses, certificate issuance, active notices), ISA phase distribution across the entire platform, office-by-office breakdowns, and recent assessment activity. The superadmin can also create new owner accounts and assign them to offices.
