App keeps saying service unavailable servers are temporarily unavailable. Happens every afternoon while in the app and app continues to crash and delete entries. On wifi or data(4bars lte). Samsung galaxy s22 ultra

Everything is whiteout, can't read anything unless I click on it. It's all shadow text and pages look empty

FIX THE APP NOW!!! it keeps deleting everything I type in!!!!!
