Punctual Cargo - Checklist allows checklist processes to be carried out in your company in a simple way!

The application works together with the Punctual Load having its main functions:


1 - Construction of checklist models to specifically meet each different type of control/validation of the operation, being possible to create N models.

2 - Several types of question, with the options: multiple choice, linear scale, descriptive and checkbox.

3 - Questions can have mandatory or non-mandatory answers and allow prior answers from customers/suppliers/carriers.

4 - Answers may require evidence (photos) and be disapproving.

5 - Control of the checklist by steps, allowing users to assign which steps will be able to make their notes.

6 - Special permission for reassessing Pass/Fail checklists.

7 - History of notes with all assessments and reassessments performed.

8 - Generation of a PDF file for printing or sending via e-mail.

9 - Signature through the application screen for both the driver and the user who is making the notes.
