It's hard to use and waste lots of time. No biometrics verification. Every time a user has to put a user id and password. Extremely complicated process of registering on the app. A user is forced to register on Upaisa account for no reason to get access to the accounts on the mobile app. Overall, I am not satisfied with the app experience. Needs lot of improvement.

Very pathetic experience. Most of the times, the app remains not working. Shows incorrect balance. The statement doesn't open up properly. Seems like this app has been developed by some street boys. Above that, the helpline automatically closes the complaint without resolving the issues.

Update: Now account has been linked by visiting the branch, help line agent required to verify from branch manager 😕, what a pathetic step to activate the account 😡. Further mini statement doesn't show properly, not showing complet transaction. ******"*" Previous issue: it's more than month but account is not yet linked. And we can't register it without UPaisa account
