Can't top up as an 'unexpected error occurred' every single time. I've tried using the app, browser, different cards, different email addresses, different devices, different ways to verify, uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing works it just always comes up with this error after putting payment details in. Spoken to card services which hasn't fixed it either. Will be going elsewhere now.

The screen size even on a smart phone doesn't allow you to "top up" the card as you can't get to the 'done' tab at the bottom of the screen! Soooo frustrating! Plus the new layout & general viewing are very poor compared to how it was previously. It now looks very amateur!! It looked great & worked perfectly how it was before! It is said with a very heavy heart that in the new year i will be looking around for a new cash passport company/bank.

This app is appauling. From missing pending transactions, to not being able to top up for no obvious reason, this app is functionally flawed. The UI leaves a lot to be desired too, a bit clunky and not very intuitive. But on top of all that, when I had a problem with a transaction I tried to call 2 different support numbers and neither worked. Avoid this service, use Revolut, Caxton, or some other company instead.
