Can't top up as an 'unexpected error occurred' every single time. I've tried using the app, browser, different cards, different email addresses, different devices, different ways to verify, uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing works it just always comes up with this error after putting payment details in. Spoken to card services which hasn't fixed it either. Will be going elsewhere now.

The screen size even on a smart phone doesn't allow you to "top up" the card as you can't get to the 'done' tab at the bottom of the screen! Soooo frustrating! Plus the new layout & general viewing are very poor compared to how it was previously. It now looks very amateur!! It looked great & worked perfectly how it was before! It is said with a very heavy heart that in the new year i will be looking around for a new cash passport company/bank.

Pretty useless app aside from checking balances. You cannot top up within the app or contact them directly. It adds stress when overseas as contacting their team is very difficult when you need to- my friend got an $80 phone bill trying to sort out adding currency with them. In addition, I have had some issues with processed payments and being over charged. Their privacy policy doesn't allow for screenshots making it very difficult to follow up with companies. Would give half a star if I could.
