AccessTrack Tenant allows tenants that reside in a residential complex with AccessTrack scanners at the gates to control access for visitors.

Once registered, tenants can create pre-authorisations for visitors and share them via SMS or other messaging services installed on their phones. The visitors will then display this authorisation QR code when they arrive at the gate. Once scanned, the tenant will receive a notification that the visitor is on the way.

Visitors can also request authorisation when they arrive at the gate. The Tenant app will display a notification that will allow the tenant to accept or reject the visitor.
