I opened an account recently specific to online banking and have not been able to access the account since. I have exchanged emails with staff and talked via phone with customer support for twenty minutes this morning. They seemed good with letting me go without me having access to my account. I still can't access my account online. It doesn't even acknowledge the account exists. An online account isn't of much value if one can't access it on line.

Does anyone else find this new platform slow? Not to mention taking away the quick access button where I could just check my available balance real quick. Loading takes forever, and it shows my available balance as an amount I know is not available. Thank God I know what's really available, or I could have really messed myself up. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the old platform. They should've left it alone.

I love the new platform! It's more user-friendly, easy to navigate, has lots of new features, etc.
