How can you have accountability if this app doesn't work. between crashes, errors, no response when tapping scan, etc. when you have to stand at one scan point logging out and in multiple times then having to restarting the phone before having to reinstall the app just to get a scan done is beyond ridiculous. Also the person who thought it was a great idea to have employees do reports on a phone in a text message style format should have their head checked for their unchecked mental issues.

I like the app, although it does have flaws. I prefer this app more, because it requires NFC scans, ensuring all guards are doing their jobs, rather than faking their reports. Here's the issue: I'm unable to take photos for my reports within the app, so I have to open my camera app separately. When I return to the Accountability app, my entire report unfortunately disappears. Also, after taking the photos, and re-writing my report, I'm unable to attach the photos I took onto my report. 7/10.

would like to know why multiple users are reporting that they cannot file or submit a report due to a white loading screen. the app has been running really slow and buggy since last night's update 7/25/26
