I know it's a new app. So I try to be kind. The app asks me to select a pin every time I log in. Even though I have several times. It would also be nice to have a round trip button instead of having to enter each way for mileage. GPS should link to maps if you have a customer entered as well. I need to use this app daily so these are important things on my end.

App sucks, super slow and can't even message my tax team or anything on it. You have to use the website. I invested over 4k which I didn't have for this service, I'm only going through with it for this year so I can learn the gist of everything. Next year, I will be using a different service.

Absolutely horrible, started this from one of the sales rep. Lying about how i filed my llc and got me thinking the only way to correct ir was to spend 2500$ and use their services well i did and. Please do not make the same mistake i did ! Customer service is horrible ! They messed up my taxes! Never can get an apt over the phone they call either way late or not at all!
