Photograph a purchase bill and Accountify reads it — amounts, GSTIN, tax breakup — and prepares a balanced double-entry journal for you to confirm. You review every entry before it posts. Nothing enters your books silently.

BILL CUSTOMERS IN SECONDS
Counter Mode is built for a shop counter with a customer waiting. Search or tap from your most-sold items, add to the bill, and charge — in under 15 seconds. Works even when your internet doesn't: sales save instantly on your phone and sync automatically when you're back online.

INVENTORY THAT SETS ITSELF UP
Adding stock usually means typing hundreds of items. Accountify asks what you sell, understands the product, and asks only the questions that matter — brand, size, capacity, whatever fits. Adding many variants at once (RAM sizes, shirt sizes, pack sizes) takes one screen instead of one hundred. Scan barcodes to find items instantly at the counter.

GST AND TDS, COMPUTED NOT GUESSED
Every transaction gets GST and TDS computed by a deterministic engine — never by AI. Money is stored to the paise. Your returns data stays organised and filing-ready for you or your CA.
