App was fine for about 6 months and now the game I was playing says it needs to be reinstalled. if I do that, I'll lose all of my progress. There's no way to contact anyone through the app for assistance with issues.

Horrible app, it's doesn't let you install app clones without a paid premium subscription, so the developer is lying that the app is free. Also, every time you are using the app you get 2 fullscreen ads with sound that are difficult to close. There are better and free alternatives without ads.
