It's in your best interest to keep the cache memory low, force stop and restart the app when experiencing text input errors, and set photos to upload during periods of inactivity to minimize the "OOPS" error message, your phone will overheat in the summer (keep a fan close by). Take screenshots of your square footage inputs (walls section of interior documentation) because it will never show up in the inspection report (reported bug). The app stutters/lags more now than it did a year ago.

When it works, it is just okay. The layout doesn't flow to reflect how the job is performed. When it doesn't work and or crash, which happens once at least everyday, it multiplies the cycle time thus reducing the profitability of the user. Despite the several 'updates' it still continues to get stuck in the app loading/processing stage and on occasion works long enough to upload a couple photos until it happens again.

It hangs frequently. It doesn't create meta data on the exif. It doesn't create a fa folder inside the dcim folder so it mixes with regular photos. It's service team is very lacking in basic technical knowledge. It doesn't keep "sun mode" on by default. When on an elevation/slope side, if you toggle pages on the bottom it bumps you to front instead of keeping you on the side you were working on. It's huge battery hog. It hangs on photo upload non stop. Can they make this thing any worse? Yes...
