Making me confirm a single photo 3 times really kills my efficiency and adds unnecessary time to my work routines. Uploading crashes several times and disrupts the order in which I capture, which makes it confusing for adjusters ok the back end. I am happy with the update that attaches photos to its designated category. It's a step in the right direction.

Calling this app a dumpster fire is an insult to dumpster fires. User support is always very helpful. They must work very hard to keep us able to work. Often I get calls from adjusters saying photos hadn't uploaded. Please consider removing the "OK/RETRY screen when capturing photos. It is completely unnecessary and 3 clicks is already too many for 1 photo. Also when scrolling through photos it automatically scrolls to the end or beginning. Very difficult when examing a photo in the middle.

Uploading pictures is very frustrating. Restarting my phone 1,2 even 3 times to complete the upload is routine. Not nearly enough characters spaces available in the comment box. Can't rotate the CAD. The app assumes only 1 add'l structure per residence and they only come in 3 different sizes. The app assumes all walls and ceilings are sheetrock, what about plaster, acoustic tile, wood slats, plywood? No area in the app to document floor damage. It takes 4 taps on the phone screen to get to the quick captions.
