The Ace Retailer Mobile Assistant is designed exclusively for Ace Hardware retailers to improve the employee experience by giving them quick and easy access to information while reducing steps and clicks. The app provides mobile capabilities to search, evaluate and order product, manage customer and store orders, receive/sort/put away deliveries, and more.

• View item information by scanning or entering a SKU or UPC and confirm available quantity by store and RSC.

I have used this app for a few years now and it has always been extremely buggy. However, recently I noticed that any time I open the app, it completely mutes my notification volume slider. This is completely unacceptable. The app has no permissions enabled and, regardless of that, shouldn't be able to control my phone's volume for any reason anyway. This needs to be fixed immediately.

Edit: 10/27/22 - The app doesn't start most of the time I need it. Wifi, cell signal, doesn't matter. I don't know what happened to this app, but it has gotten much worse to use. It won't launch, it freezes, it take too long to execute a search. Fix this... Employees need this to work correctly. The 123/ABC button is the most annoying thing I've ever seen in an app. Makes using the app extremely frustrating.

how is it getting way worse with every update. at first the camera would show like half the screen and half green but it worked like instantly and with each update it gets worse and worse now it take like 2 min of starring at the barcode only to maybe get it to scan and if it does it takes over 2 min to load and it used to be instantly so you think typing it would be faster but no it takes over 3 min of watching that spinning red bar I have the galaxy s24 so I know its not my fault I cleared
