The Ace Retailer Mobile Assistant is designed exclusively for Ace Hardware retailers to improve the employee experience by giving them quick and easy access to information while reducing steps and clicks. The app provides mobile capabilities to search, evaluate and order product, manage customer and store orders, receive/sort/put away deliveries, and more.

• View item information by scanning or entering a SKU or UPC and confirm available quantity by store and RSC.

Edit: 10/27/22 - The app doesn't start most of the time I need it. Wifi, cell signal, doesn't matter. I don't know what happened to this app, but it has gotten much worse to use. It won't launch, it freezes, it take too long to execute a search. Fix this... Employees need this to work correctly. The 123/ABC button is the most annoying thing I've ever seen in an app. Makes using the app extremely frustrating.

this app needs the ability to keep track of all open orders, both mobile and aos. anytime I use hey arma, my devices get muted. I miss important texts and notifications because of this issue. also the print function does not work when setting up mobile orders. please fix

was a wonderful app, but the most recent update requires you to allow the microphone access all the time. after looking further it can access your camera and microphone even while the app is not in use. definitely not being paranoid or anything just a warning because my boss literally showed me something on his version of the app that showed where it had been listening to private conversations outside of work. I'll just stick to the zebras from now on.
