Trying to study but it just keeps spinning. It's not opening the app. I'm stressed enough with studying. Do I uninstall then reinstall? I don't know what to do. Please Help! Its good so far, quizes and exams are nice to have. Only problem is the reader stops mid way through long sections and have to start over from the beginning.

this app is great, provides all the sections needed for your promotion test and they have great customer service! reached out on a Sunday with a question and was given an answer and explanation the same day. great study app and very user friendly!
