About this app

acercast is a multi-screen interaction application which makes the user experience natural and enjoyable for home entertainment, business presentation, and educational training. To use this app on your Android phone or tablet, you need a receiver display (such as TV/Projector/IFPD/IWB...) with acercast receiver app pre-installed.

With acercast you can:
1. Stream any audio or video file to your receiver display.
2. Use your smartphone as a Remote Controller for your receiver display.
3. Mirror the Android phone or tablet to your receiver display.
4. Mirror the receiver display to smartphone or tablet for a close view, and touch the screen directly to control the receiver display, just like you are touching on the receiver display.

Accessibility Service API Usage:
This application uses the Accessibility Service API for the functionality of the "Touch feedback" feature only.
acercast will temporarily collect and transmit the contents displayed on your device to the receiver display device you select while start the "Mirroring" function. Combined with "Touch feedback" (which uses Accessibility Service API), you can view and control your device on the receiver device.
In a meeting or teaching scenario, with this feature enabled, you can operate your personal device on the large receiver display you are casting to – adding more convenience and enhancing the interactive experience.

This app is the client app, and please note the server app is ONLY found on the receiver display (such as TV/Projector/IFPD/IWB) built in acercast receiver app.
