WHERE IS THE TRAIN SCHEDULE??? In the old ACE app, there was a link to the train schedule. Good thing I didn't delete the old app yet. That app had everything, so I'm not sure why we need this one, which is way clunkier. I don't ride this frequently enough to memorize the schedule and it's annoying that they assume you just know it. Also, I'd like to favorite 3 stations. How do I do that? At least I was able to buy a ticket and activate it.

The new app is terrible in terms of usability. It's only good for buying tickets and getting tickets scanned. The user experience for looking up routes and trains is useless. There is no schedule. They don't provide the live train status anymore. Everything about this app is a downgrade from before. I had to dig up the old etaspot website and bookmark it on my phone so that I can see live train status.

Compared to the old app, finding scheduled and/or real time departure information has gone from clunky to a real mess. It insists on guiding you between points on map via arbitrary transportation. Finding ACE routes here is like finding a needle in a haystack. Looks like it was written as a college homework assignment, without any real world validation.
