About this app

This social capital project is funded by the Community Investment Inclusive Fund and implemented by the Nethersole School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine, The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

The project uses the cross-sectoral collaboration model of "community, school, and medicine", with health as the starting point, and hopes to raise the health awareness of residents of Shuiquan'ao Village through a series of community health education activities. The project also actively promotes residents in the district to organize volunteer teams to jointly establish a network of mutual assistance among neighbors, so as to build Shui Chuen O Village into a community for the elderly at home.

The content of the APP includes community information of Shuiquan'ao Village and information on various health activities we plan to hold. You are welcome to download and use it, participate in more health activities provided by us or join our "Spring Heart Cares You" volunteer team, and look forward to seeing you all!
