The app is good to remind you of your pick up day. BUT I have complained 2x that the app doesn't allow you to put in bank info/card info as either the "account type" (bank) or the "expiration date" (card) is "ubclickable". When you click payments it takes u to a login page you can go to the "full site". But still website has same unclickable issues so can't pay online at all. I've called & they said should be able to pay on app/online. Per emails "we've never had this issue" but seems common.

Basically this app reminds you each week whether it's just garbage or also recycling week. I can't tell you how many times I would have missed it. Awesome app, with little space taken up, and no annoying notifications. If you're having trouble with payments, just use the website for automatic payments. Super simple stuff.

Nice to get the reminders (when it works!) And helpful to be able to look up what us allowed to go in garbage and recycle, even if I don't always find what I'm looking for. Something with the numbers for recycling would be helpful.
