Absolutely useless to use!!!! Was excited to use you have my daughter's prescription refilled, received notification that it was ready for pick up. a couple days later I went to pick up and the notification with my q number was gone, and there is no way to retrieve it so unless you write the number down when the notification comes you can't check in when you get to the pharmacy and have to get a whole new ticket and wait.

I'm not getting any texts and when leaving the app half the time the q number is gone and nowhere to be found. Even clearing cache or uninstalling doesn't do anything. Good concept but doesn't work as it should most of the time Response to developer: Reopening site where ticket was created didn't work either and I tried that several times hence my review

You place an order get in line but you are unable to log back in and see the status, you give it your number for txt updates and it never sends it to you and you get a app message saying your prescription is ready but it brings you back to the initial page giving you another ticket starting the process over. save yourself time just use the website the app is Complete trash
