I've been using the app for only a few days, and I can already see why it's so hated. It can't even rate the braking right, it's either 1 or 5 stars, never in between. If I suddenly step on the brake no matter how serious, it will always be rated as 1 star. That should only happen if I brake so hard I cause the gears to grind against each other. How am I supposed to get a discount on my insurance like this?

we keep the phone near the gear and drive. while turning if some part of the car touches the screen due to the turning motion, the app take it as distraction. if we park in a spot get of the car with the. mobile and get back in within a minute, the app thinks that we are still in the same trip , resulting in another distraction point updates. still the app records gps interaction in car as distraction. also, any movement to phone due to sharp turns are considered a distraction

App says it is recording when not even in the car and driving and there is no way to change it in the settings. Also drains my phone battery. It seems that the app will have you run a red light then stop for it and give you a hard break error. Not a good app
