it is not scoring drives after 5-10 minutes anymore. it will only complete scoring a drive when you complete another drive. and then the cycle starts again with the most recent drive not scoring until you go out and drive again.

I've been using the app for only a few days, and I can already see why it's so hated. It can't even rate the braking right, it's either 1 or 5 stars, never in between. If I suddenly step on the brake no matter how serious, it will always be rated as 1 star. That should only happen if I brake so hard I cause the gears to grind against each other. How am I supposed to get a discount on my insurance like this?

Classic insurance company scam! The app's majorly flawed on purpose so you cant receive the discount. 1.Unable log in initailly to autheticate. you have to call to do that. but if you havent done so within the 1stmonth, your discount is cancelled. 2.I had my phone in my pocker during a run, on my feet! and it got me for distractive driving. 3The braking sensitivity ridiculous. Not sure if i will continue my insurance w/ unethical AAA
