I drive a fleet vehicle in which my speed is monitored by GPS. AAA sent me a notification declaring that my speed was over the speed limit on the interstate. When I proceeded to contest the issue, it was declined. My daily driving record is on camera and GPS, but the support team for AAA does not support that. I'm fed up with this app.

Parameters need adjusting. As others have previously noted in reviews, the evaluation of braking is unreasonable. I used a previous app from USAA and was rarely dinged for hard breaking. I was flagged 5 times just today. It's BS. In addition the parameters for speeding are too low. I travel I-95 in FL frequently. If I keep up with traffic I'd be speeding. This app does not provide a fair evaluation.

I've been using the app for only a few days, and I can already see why it's so hated. It can't even rate the braking right, it's either 1 or 5 stars, never in between. If I suddenly step on the brake no matter how serious, it will always be rated as 1 star. That should only happen if I brake so hard I cause the gears to grind against each other. How am I supposed to get a discount on my insurance like this?
