The ACGME Case Log app is designed for registered resident and fellow users in accredited programs to log their patient encounters in a secure, HIPAA compliant app. A system-generated login is required. Access must be enabled by your program.

The new single sign on feature is excessively cumbersome. It takes several minutes just to log in. This should be an optional feature. My case logs do not need to be more secure than my bank account

I like having an app for my case log but it logs me out incessantly. The previous version had a "remember me for 30 days" option that did not work. The new single sign on doesn't even pretend like it will keep me logged in.

I love how all the apps that are mandatory for us to use are the least user friendly, worst developed, and most arduous in the modern day app store, but I guess I should just be happy there IS an app
