You provide the total number you want to achieve for the entire goal period, and our app calculates the average number you need daily, weekly, or monthly to reach your goal. Using the reminder link you will receive for the day, week, or month, each time you enter your progress, the app recalculates the average number you need to meet your goal.

NOTE: Our goal is to provide a simple and effective tool to help you achieve your goals. Once you have created your goal, simply click on the reminder link you will receive and enter your daily, weekly, or monthly number.
