I usually would NEVER leave a bad review but this is unacceptable. I just spent 40 minutes trying to login to my account on this app. The problem that I have been seeing is the app is saying that I am logged in but I am not. Instead I am stuck on the login page. But on the tab at the bottom says account, transfer, etc. Also on the side tab you can pull up it has an option to log out. But I am not even logged in. Spoke to tech support several times about the problem, still nothing has been fixed.

Generally, great app. But I also experience the constant "Is this you?" verification though this seems to have gotten a bit better and, my larger concern, is that it is by FAR the highest battery draining app on my phone and I rarely even use it. It has somehow used more battery than a media player I often use for hours a day, whether it be audio or video.

After using this app for a few years now it has updated in the last year changing a few key things. It used to deduct your pending charges from the overall checking balance you saw when checking the app. It apparently doesn't do that anymore leaving you thinking you have more money in your account then you thinking and running the risk of overdrafting your account. It's something the developers need to put back in, or warn people of this before it affects them negatively.
