Ratings and reviews

I bought this primarily for use with my DGT e-board. Yes, it's an expensive app especially with the additional cost for the DGT driver - but it is the BEST I can find for my uses. You get what you pay for. However, 4/5 stars bc of the clock lag when using external DGT3000. I typically play 3|2 blitz games with friends and this is obviously a huge issue for that time control. For years the manual has said, "In a future version... this issue will be eliminated" (16.13.1.1.3). Any update on when we can expect to see that happen?

Love this app and definitely worth the price. Very smooth. My favorite features and the number one reason that made me pull the trigger was the A.I vs A.I ability and the use of the different A.I.s whether to analyze the match and have their perspective or to have different ones play each other. Also, really great job on the blindfold Chess and the ability to say 1.e4 and all the terms used. So very well done. Lots of love went into this. Love the database. Just takes getting used to the U.I.

This chess app is top of the class, especially if you own a DGT board because it connects flawlessly. The interface seems a little complicated, but after a while you realize the concept of windows is powerful. I love the zillions different options available (play against lots of different engines, online on lichess, ICC, etc or OTB with a friend. Good analysis options. The only downside: it's expensive, especially for the DGT connection. But it's top-quality, with a comprehensive user manual.
