What’s new

- Fixed protocol sections that appeared empty when they had shortcuts in other locations
- Fixed documents with shortcuts in other locations not opening after upgrading from the previous app version
- Added a Help link under Settings → About that opens the user guide
- Updated the app to hide the Patient Center for agencies that don't use it
- Fixed the back button on the Protocols tab so it's full size and easier to tap
