Build clean, consistent SOPs and batch records from templates, on your phone, with no account.

SOP and Batch Record Builder helps small manufacturers, kitchens, labs and workshops that write their own procedures and want a tidy, repeatable layout.

SOPs
- Start from a ready layout: purpose, scope, responsibilities, definitions, materials and equipment, procedure, records, references, revision history and approvals.
- Fill in the title, document number, version, department, dates and author.
- Edit each section as text, a list or a table, add sections, move them up and down, remove them.

Batch records
- Product, code, lot number, batch size, dates and the SOP it follows.
- Theoretical and actual yield with the yield percent worked out for you, and your own lower and upper limits flagged in or out.
- Sections for materials, equipment, process steps, in-process checks and deviations, with blank columns that print for people to write in.

Keep track
- Status tags: Draft, In review, Approved. The home screen shows your documents moving through the three stages.
- A review date on each SOP. Documents past their date show as Review due.
- Search, filter by SOP or batch, and a batch register that lists every batch with its yield.

Share it your way
- Preview the document, then share it as a PDF or as plain text.
- Signature lines are printed for handwriting.

Look and language
- Three themes: Blueprint, Drafting paper and High contrast.
- Menu - Choose Language: phone language, English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and Arabic. Non-English text is machine-written and not reviewed by native speakers. Documents you write stay in the language you type.

Your documents stay on this phone. No account, no ads, no analytics. A document leaves only when you tap Share.

Please note
This is a layout and tracking tool. It does not make a document or a process compliant with GMP, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, ISO or any other standard, and it is not a validated system. There are no electronic signatures and no audit trail. Status tags are your own labels. The sample wording is generic placeholder text that you must replace with your own process, and every document must be reviewed and approved under your own quality system before use.
