Ratings and reviews

Learn to Code App routinely doesn't allow me to log in "We're sorry but we're currently experiencing technical difficulties...". It doesn't remember my password so I have to type it in every time. No biometric option. What year is this? It's easier to use the website because at least Chrome will remember and auto fill my password. I get automated text messages asking cryptic questions. Why not use your app to make people's lives easier?

This app will not let me log on 9/10 times I try to access it due to "server issues." When I can log on, uploading documents and signing them is impossible. Either it does not allow me to upload documents (again, "server issues"), or I am unable to eSign as the app requires me to sign unneccessary sections while not providing a signature section for necessary ones. I would access their website, but it similarly has been down every day after I originally filed my claim. Total nightmare!

Probably the worst app I've ever used if I could give lower than a 1 I would. I try to log in and get a please wait loading screen that loads to nowhere almost everytime. Then when you do log in there's no way to even contact someone directly when you do have a problem through the actual app. Absolutely pointless and lacks the necessary details and info on your case
