Useless app. No info I want to see is available, such as TRANSACTIONS! Now, I am unable to access it all. It states I need to update it. There is NO update available and I have automatic updates turned on. There's no way of getting in to see my balance, which is the only useful information in this app. Why is a helpful app so difficult?

Worst online business banking combined with the worst business banking mobile app. Doesn't allow the ability to see actual transactions, etc... Next time 1st Source decides to migrate to a different platform, perhaps they could ask what the actual consumer / business owner needs to operate a business effectively! Personal Banking app btw is fantastic... If zero stars was available - I would have left that instead.

This app is terrible. The personal banking app is much better. The business banking app is literally the only thing I hate about 1st source. It's impossible to navigate. Impossible to find the information I'm looking for. The developer of this app clearly has zero real life experience.
