I updated my app to the latest version yet, it rejected the password and the 24-word seed phrase I inputted telling me that it was wrong. This has prevented me from mining for NACKL as it insists I input the keys to move on.

authorisation factor shown expired and can not be refreshed neither with seed phrase nor with log in google, facebook, telegram. minning key can not be set either due to aithorisation factor issues. there is no proper in app help desk available. telegram chat provided the bot which is NOT HELPFULL. All money/ time invested deemed to be lost at the moment.
