This company is grossly negligent. Useless and forced on the user The tasks this app does could easily be done on their website. But they force you to download their app. In my case this negligent company and their employees purposely didn't load correct engine number for my car. This led the government not issuing information on their website. Leading to fines. They didn't bother to check or correct. And instead of correcting, they force you to download the app instead of rectifying. A scam.

they are taking 16 days for a 1k opd claim. and finally told they require more documents for processing. I have chased five times for customer service for the answers. totally waste. on 17 sep. after escalation mail send. they also ask same questions. they are just eye washing. no use. we do OPD. but all are asking for discharge summary? again and again.

Very disappointing experience with Acko Drive car service. Despite confirming spare parts availability with customer care before booking, I was told at the service center (after traveling 20 km) that parts were not available. The mechanics did not seem professional—they mishandled basic tasks, did not allow me to observe the work, and after touching the fuel filter, my car wouldn’t even start. A complete waste of time and money. I will not be using or recommending Acko Drive again.
