About this app

ACRM Sofőr is the driver companion app for ACRM's dispatch system. It is a work tool for contracted drivers, not a consumer service — you sign in with an account created for you by the dispatch centre.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• See your next ride at a glance, with a live countdown to pickup
• Browse every ride assigned to you, grouped by day and searchable by reference, passenger or address
• Open the full ride detail: route, passenger contact, flight number, luggage, service type and fares
• Move a ride through its lifecycle — accept, set off, arrive, pick up, complete — straight from the ride screen
• Call or email the passenger with one tap
• Start turn-by-turn navigation in Waze, Google Maps or your browser; the app remembers your choice

LOCATION

You can switch position sharing on and off yourself. While it is on, the app sends your position to the dispatch centre so they can see how your ride is progressing, assign work sensibly and keep passengers informed. A persistent notification shows whenever tracking is active, and you can turn it off at any time from the Today screen or your profile.

LANGUAGE

The app follows your phone's language, in English or Hungarian, and you can override it on the Profile screen at any time.

An ACRM account is required. If you drive for ACRM and do not have one yet, contact your dispatcher.
