Meh. Backups sometimes complete successcully. Usually they don't. And, they take forever. Status and error messages are not at all descriptive, so troubleshooting usually is just deletibg everything, reinstalling, and beginning from scratch. Kinda lame.

Acronis Mobile backs up a single phone to a local Windows PC fine. However, we have 2 of the same phones and cannot add the second phone to backup to the local PC. The setup finds a backup already exists for the Samsung S23 FE phone and offers options to replace, or overwrite the existing backup. Acronis Home Office is not using a unique identifier for a device backup configuration. It is not assigning user friendly filenames. License on the PC is for Acronis Home Office on 3 computers.

As long as it works it fine. Should you run into problems you really have a problem as it is almost impossible to find a solution. The number of hints, tips, screens for assistance is almost unlimited. There is a helpdesk, but which user in their right mind can speak the required IC language. N At the moment two of my three devices are not backed up and I have no idea where to look for a solution.
