Garbage, uselsss app. Backups sometimes complete successfully. Usually they don't. And, they take forever Just backing up my text messagss takes nearly 24 hours, and that's assuming it doesn't barf, whicj it uaually does. Status and error messages are generic and not at all descriptive, so troubleshooting usually is just deleting everything, reinstalling, and beginning from scratch. Look elsewhere.

I've tried it on different phones and it always displays the same error about not having connexion despite both devices being actively connected to the same network. absolutely useless to back up your phone, but I haven't had problems backing up my laptop. still, it's been years, and i still keep getting the same problem. "done" doesn't even begin to encompass how absolutely exhausted and annoyed i am about this.

* Loses authentication after some months and doesn't provide a way to re-authenticate. * Recent backups weren't restorable from the cloud, and I've received no warning about it. (We're investigating those with the support) / Removed the Google Protect part, as it was indeed resolved /
