This app is terrible. Every two weeks or so something breaks in the app and whenever I try and view our Church I get hit with the "Whoops, I looks like there was a network issue. Try again?" No matter how many times I "Try again" nothing works until I uninstall and reinstall the app. It's so awful you can barely navigate it when the app does work. For an app whose demographic is usually over the age of 60 this is HORRENDOUS.

My cell updated to 8.0.0 end of January. March came around I began to realize I was missing emails that were being mailed via Realm. Multiple re-installs didn't help although it got the notifications going again on my cell but no email notifications or email messages. Long story short, went all through my Yahoo account, opened a separate gmail account to check it.. that would come through. My long standing personal Yahoo email account, no. Spent a long time on the phone with Verizon, my provider. Nothing they could do. It's all on the app's side of things. And no, I'm not even getting spam because the app isn't allowing any emails to my Yahoo account as it once had. Sent off an email to support for this app. Nothing. Called in.. wonderful ! It seems upon the upgrades the capability to send to my email was lost. Their servers blocked it after so many bounces no doubt. It was instantly rectified.. and I'm back in business as before! Yay! Will encourage you to find out if your Yahoo email address has been blocked by their servers. They need to know. Will give the app a 2 rating. The features are awesome. The app needs to be upgraded so it works across all the devices. !

This thing keeps crashing, it doesn't show any information whatsoever. As the church administrator it's completely annoying when staff and the few members that try to use it can't, and complain to me about it. You can't even contact support from the app! It kind of worked for a while, group communication was never reliable, but now you can't even open the news feed! Thank God we haven't launched this to the community yet! (And we've had Realm for over a year now...)
