Ratings and reviews

I am disappointed with the app! If it was possible to change the default lookup to companies instead of contacts, it would greatly improve my opinion. I have been told that is coming. Also per tech support, there is no way to create a map showing a group of contacts. I find that EXTREMELY disappointing! Edit: Thanks for the changes made recently! I now give you 4*!

Primitive and generally a waste of time. Additionally, it does not interact with my Google contacts, which does a much better job than the Act companion. It does not update to 2.7.4. I am disappointed and regret my purchase. Overall, very difficult and cumbersome to use.

Very basic functionality. I could perform the same functions but adding notes in my "contacts" app. I can't access any of the useful information that I have in ACT. I can't believe ACT mobile is being retired and replaced by this useless app. It's not worth keeping on my phone.
