Been a loyal customer for past 5 years. But recently got disappointed- Paid via UPI. Transaction successful (cash debited) but never got any confirmation email/text. Reaching out to ACT team from Saturday but no response. Very poor customer support. My issue still isn't rectified.
Very worst services. If you miss billing date to pay they will suspend your account immediately. Not even few hours they will allow to make payment. Once payment made then only account will get activated. When some times act is not working as a customer we have to wait for a day to get it fixed. Money minded business .
pathetic customer service. No connection for past two days ticket was closed without resolving the issue. I had to reopen it . No update whatsoever in the app the ticket is just sitting there. Power to the mainbox goes from my house if I cancel then they again have to connect the main box from someone else and inconvenience 20 other customers they don't seem to care at all I have applied for Airtel now and waiting for a call back
Horrible experience with ACT Fibernet services. Made a payment online but was not considered and unable get customer support. Both via app and call. Via app the query is not getting registered. And via voice call I'm always be in waiting queue as their customer support team is unavailable. Would like to give zero rating if possible.
Customer support feature is completely useless. Billing queries after entering request shows 2 radio options and gives option to check usage and due date. On selecting due date, says go see your bill!!! I wanted to raise complaint on wrong due date!!! Also with app you can upgrade but not downgrade the plan.
The app is good now but can make it better. If possible add a history tab to get an idea to know usage of data in every month (atleast last six months). This will help customers to choose their plan more effectively. Please give a contact number in the app to contact the customer care for other issues (other than the 3 issues specwin your app) or add a tab in customer care for other issues.
