i really like this game, but it crashes CONSTANTLY. it crashes if I'm not playing at home, crashes after I watch certain ads(super annoying), and even crashed when I was about to buy something. sometimes it lags which makes me worry it's going to crash. it would probably be a 4-5 star for me without all the bugs. EDIT: I think the story is WAY ahead, I just started the jewelry store and the story is at the end of the fast food store.

it's such a cute app with tons of adorable features. It's not just merging, but merging items for customers who want different things, it's easy to get energy and easy to get extra rewards. The Sanrio characters are easy to get and have a big roll, and as you merge you can learn more about them, there's also challenges to compete with other players. Plenty of tiny mini games within the merging experience, definitely worth downloading! Barely any ads!

It's very cute and fun but I've already ran into a few lags and glitches, not to mention having a hand to constantly tell you what to merge or what to do next is very annoying I even quit the game sometimes because of how much of an eyesore it can be. I only ask that the constant hand holding of what to do next could be an option to have rather than it being required.
