i really like this game, but it crashes CONSTANTLY. it crashes if I'm not playing at home, crashes after I watch certain ads(super annoying), and even crashed when I was about to buy something. sometimes it lags which makes me worry it's going to crash. it would probably be a 4-5 star for me without all the bugs. EDIT: I think the story is WAY ahead, I just started the jewelry store and the story is at the end of the fast food store.

it's such a cute app with tons of adorable features. It's not just merging, but merging items for customers who want different things, it's easy to get energy and easy to get extra rewards. The Sanrio characters are easy to get and have a big roll, and as you merge you can learn more about them, there's also challenges to compete with other players. Plenty of tiny mini games within the merging experience, definitely worth downloading! Barely any ads!

I have TONS of unauthorized charges from this app. I loved the game initially but as I progressed I couldn't get anything done without buying energy. I only purchased energy one or two times and yet have purchases that are over $20?! I would NEVER spend $20 on one in app transaction so I know they're stealing. How disappointing and frustrating. Also, just as everyone else stated, there's bugs and the game crashes constantly. I had to clear all my data at one point in order to even play the game.
