About this app

ActifScan keeps track of your organization's assets: furniture, IT equipment, machinery, and vehicles. Each asset has a barcode, QR code, or RFID tag; simply scan it to count it.

Count without a network connection
Counts are performed offline, location by location, and then sent to the server as soon as the connection is restored. Multiple operators can count simultaneously without interfering with each other.

Barcodes and RFID
The phone's camera reads barcodes and QR codes. On Chainway C72 and C5 RFID readers, dozens of tags can be read in one second, without aiming.

Discrepancies and reports
Items found, missing, moved, or extra: discrepancies appear as the count progresses. PDF reports and Excel exports are ready at the end of the inventory, with photos and documents attached.

Tags
Encode RFID tags and print them on a Bluetooth or network printer.

For teams
Administrator, operator, and reader roles; The web-based platform prepares inventories, imports asset lists from Excel, and tracks progress.
