This is probably the worst banking/trading app I've ever seen, why do I need to reset my password everytime I try to login!?? And you have to do it in both this service and also Bursanet, because for some reason, the login information isn't linked. The app itself is pretty much useless, if you're able to login you'll be kicked out within seconds and when you try to log back in, it'll say you need to reset your password since the number of attempts to access has been reached. Don't bother.

Works fine but it has several bugs which limits functionality. Some stuff like getting your account statement is very complicated and then process fails frequently.

Terrible experience. You can only see balances, you can't trade, transfer money or anything else and good luck getting somebody to pick up the phone when you call customer service. There are better options out there
