Love the app when it works. We have problems once or twice per month where the app is doing funky things & is unusable (like today), and we lose production for all of the time it is down. Never offered anything a far as an explanation really either. Very slow response times from their customer service by email only. No phone number to call. I'm still a customer, but buyer beware of you're running a team or a company!

Having issues importing data. Will try to get ahold of the developer.

Absolutely terrible app. DO NOT USE EVER! There is a reason there's not a free trial, it doesn't work. I paid for the subscription, only to be locked out in the middle of the day. My poor team lost all of their results. We were locked out because of the 2nd email I sent them, when they didn't reply to my first email. Scammers Alert!!!!!! Thief alert. Do not give them scammers any money. Find something else 0/10 + 0/10 + 0/10 = 0/30
