Ratings and reviews

They scammed me out of money when I tried cleaning my mailing list. They want you to pay to upgrade in order to remove or archive contacts, which makes absolutely zero sense. I need to pay more to decrease my contacts. This service is an utterly ridiculous waste of money and time if you have a substantial mailing list. Plus, they do not issue refunds and make it difficult to cancel. I upgraded my subscription to allow 5,000 emails to go through, but can't since I have about 30K subs. 0/5

I primarily use the app for Deal and Task management, and for those, it works great. It's quicker and more convenient than logging into the desktop site. I don't know how it would fare for Campaign creation, but honestly, that's not something I would want to do on mobile anyway. In my opinion, a solid companion app.

The app is a thing that exists. That's all. I was hoping to, at the minimum, see my lists and how many are on them so I can track some new efforts. Well, I can see all my contacts. Individually. In the order they opted in. It's like asking for a menu at a restaurant and getting a list of the names of the dishes and then having to click each one to find out if it's an appetizer, main course, or dessert. 1 star for having the app 1 star for having up to date info. Do better Active Campaign!!
