I actually love the game for the Peanuts characters and the game style. But since they changed the way they either store the data or configure the data, the game is full of bugs and issues. then they changed the way you interact with customer support. it went from a chat feature to email. it sometimes takes days for a real person to reply. and then you are lucky if they can fix the issue. My last issue took over 1 month. and some issues have been ongoing for a year.

Im having LOTS of issues and not getting any help. I've done what you told me to do and now have lost EVERYTHING!!!! I have spent hours and lots of money to get where I was. Now this BS game keeps locking up, won't let me move stuff around, has "lost" my original game, and keeps having issues even after reinstalling numerous times. Im heartbroken because this was my favorite game ever. 😢😢😢

2026: Still playing, mostly free. Still enjoying it. 2021: I've played off and on for years. I've played entirely for free until a few events ago, when I decided to spend for that event. I spent $5 for the current event. Yes, I still have some quests from early days unfinished. I don't mind. I'll achieve them whenever I do. I've had a great time playing for free. There's always something new to do. Over the years I've had issues and support has always been very helpful and able to resolve them.
