Ratings and reviews

I love the mobile app!! It can be customized, and can access about any module in Acumatica. I can take photos of my receipts on the spot and immediately upload them to Acumatica. I can access the information I need, when I need it. I personally haven't had any issues with accessibility or any downtimes. So the mobile app has been a fantastic tool for me.

In a nutshell the app is good and the "vanilla" version is good. Customization op the screens where HARD at first but after a couple of hours of blood sweat and tears I started to get a hang of it. There is a lot I want this app the be able to do. Example. When a users is loginto the app and clickes a button I want to be able to know what phone sent that request. Accessinfo doesn't have the data. If there was a way to connect other apps on my phone with acumatica that would be cool. Example I am on a scanning app that reads license discs. Having a option to send/share to acumatica could open a world of new ideas. I don't know if the app can do this but I want to catch the image that was taken by the phone do a pdf convert on the image and send it along. If this was possible I could do a Img to text convert and look for key words.

As far as mobile applications go, it's stable and doesn't crash on me. It performs its functions and I don't have to fiddle with it for it to simply 'work'. Now, the app is pretty barebones and that is somewhat expected since they allow customization to tailor it to your needs. I hope they build out the pick/pack/ship side more as it's pretty lacking and not very intuitive/user friendly. Unfortunately, customizing it beyond simple adding a screen takes more advanced coding knowledge.

What’s new

- It was not possible to view certain records when tapping on some dashboard widgets.
- Mobile push notifications were not working for Acumatica Version 2021 R1 and earlier versions.
- Improved the visibility of UI elements in dark mode in a case where dark color was used as a branch color.
