Ride Systems makes it easy to RIDE transit. The Ride Systems app shows bus riders where the bus is and when it will pick them up. It provides live location of buses, arrival predictions, and other important bus route information.

The app works for transit agency of all types including:
city/municipal transit

airport shuttles
corporate shuttles

Ratings and reviews

Emailed the app developers of issues in this app, no response. Cannot count on this app for where the shuttle is, a serious lag issue of where it's at in real time. It will say it's arriving ay my stop in 10 minutes, and 2 minutes later the shuttle has already passed my stop. The route that our shuttle takes, I have to wait 30+ minutes for the next one to arrive.

Feedback doesn't work on App. I can't figure out how to search for additional routes in the Atlanta area. So I wanted to post something to the developers in the App and the feedback button does nothing. I am a huge public transportation fan and would like to use this more.

Often the buses go off the grid. Calling the station house when a driver refuses to stop or is a no show does no good. You should be able to use the app to make a reservation for pickup and drop off in the outter areas. Also, it would be great if we could click on our destination and the closest bus route and schedule pop up.
