Shorts, Reels, and TikTok-style feeds are built to never end. Anti Scroll doesn't ask you to delete Instagram or YouTube — it just steps in the second an endless short-video feed
appears, so the app stays useful without becoming a time sink.

HOW IT WORKS
Anti Scroll watches for the specific screen layout of a Shorts/Reels-style feed inside apps you choose to protect. The moment one appears, it interrupts — you keep normal access
to messages, posts, search, and everything else in that app.

• Works with YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat and Chrome out of the box
• Add any other installed app as a custom protected app
• Block just the short-video surface, or the entire app — your choice, per app
• Optional website blocking for chosen domains inside Chrome

CHOOSE HOW STRICT
Pick the blocking style that matches how much willpower you actually want to lean on:

• Block All — every short-video feed is stopped immediately
• Curious Mode — allow a few reels per visit before blocking kicks in
• OneReel Mode — watch exactly one, then it's blocked again
• Disabled — turn protection off entirely, any time

And choose what "blocked" means: back out of the feed, exit the app completely, or lock your screen.

BUILT FOR REAL SELF-CONTROL
Willpower runs out — Anti Scroll is designed around that:

• Pause protection for a set amount of time when you genuinely need to
• Strict Pause Mode limits free pauses per day and asks for your PIN for more
• PIN protection (or a Dynamic PIN math challenge) guards settings and pauses, so a weak moment can't just switch protection off
• Stats screen shows exactly how many feeds you've blocked, today, this week, this month, and per app — so you can see the habit change

YOUR PRIVACY, BY DESIGN
Anti Scroll has no Internet permission. Not "we don't use the network much" — it literally cannot connect to one, so nothing you do in the app can ever be sent anywhere.

• No accounts, no sign-up, no ads, no analytics, no trackers
• Accessibility access (required by Android to notice on-screen feeds) only reads screen structure — never your messages, passwords, or personal content
• Your PIN is stored as a salted hash, never as plain text
• Every setting, stat, and preference stays in local storage on your device and is deleted the moment you uninstall
