The Adagio app is an excellent way to get more tea and browse the selection. It's got all of the essential information for each tea, and even has a convenient timer for infusing. I would love to have the app save my credentials though the website isn't the most reliable for remembering me over long periods of time either. The only other feature that I think it's missing is the ability to share links to other apps.

The order delivery status and setting an order as a gift (not just shipping to a different address) experience are lacking. FedEx and USPS both offer estimates for delivery; Date Not Set has been the status on 100% of my orders in-app until it's Delivered - not helpful. Where in-app is the option to set an order as a gift? I have sent tea to two different recipients in an attempt to locate the opportunity to do so. Is it a big, red button I have completely overlooked?

I LOVE Adagio. But they make by far the worst app for shopping I've ever used. Logging in is extremely difficult. Adding payment is extremely difficult. It's constantly having bugs. It's extremely sluggish and hard to navigate. I thought I placed an order two weeks ago but it didn't go through because it's hard to tell if things are working or not. Great tea, complete garbage app.
