About this app

R2W Contractor is the Ready2Work side for whoever runs the jobs. It answers four questions the moment you open it: who is working, who did not clock in, what exceptions came up, and what is still unsynced.

REVIEW AND APPROVE
The week's hours by worker and by job, with whatever needs attention on top. You approve with the detail in front of you, not from a list. Hours under dispute cannot be settled while the dispute is open.

CORRECT WITHOUT ERASING
An adjustment never overwrites a punch: it creates a new record that references it, with your name on it. The worker always sees who adjusted their hours, and can dispute it.

GEOFENCE ON THE MAP
Every job with its center and radius, adjustable with your finger. A punch outside the zone, with no GPS, or with a mocked location is flagged for you to look at; it is never blocked automatically.

PROOF FROM THE JOB
The photos the crew takes, with time, location and author. Filterable by job.

CREW ASSIGNMENT
Add and remove people from a job, with no service too: it is saved on the phone and sent when signal returns.

PERMISSIONS PER COMPANY
A supervisor can approve their crew's hours without being able to export the full payroll. Each checkbox says what it actually allows.

EXPORT
Reviewed hours to CSV or XLSX, for whatever payroll system you already use.

Requires a Ready2Work company account.

What’s new

Hours are counted by shift now, not by day.

· Two sites in one day are two rows, each with its site and time range.
· Approve, adjust and dispute one shift at a time.
· CSV and XLSX show the real status: Approved, Adjusted or Pending.
· "Pending" counts only what still needs approval.
· Opening the app with no signal no longer asks you to sign in.
· If the server rejects a change, a notice says so.
