After making payment the amount has been deducted and still asking for payment on title bar... Neither i have recieved the acknowledgement copy or nor download the acknowledgement copy manually from payment history tab even current and previous month's acknowledgement copy is not reflecting payment history section...Very poor app, Lots of glitches... Please update the app.

Everytime I make a payment and enter bank details and the OTP on the payment page the Adani Electricity App just freezes and the page is stuck forever and money gets debited from bank account and there is no update on Adani Electricity App that payment is made not any confirmation sms is received that electricity bill payment is made. This issue has been ongoiye er since and even after multiple upgrades in the app it's not resolved. This is really pathetic service from the IT Team of Adani app.

Please update the app. Wile Making payment the amount deducts from my bank but your app it's not updating my payment. Nor I'm getting email that the amount is Recieved. Then I have to email your company with the UTR details that I have made the payment. Then after 8, 9 days it's updated on the app, If this thing keep on going then think I have to make payment from other app.
